My Weekly Workout Plan! Week of September 18th Edition

I've decided to plan my workouts in advance. When I plan in advance, because of my obsessive personality, I feel like I have to 100% follow the plan or else I'm a complete and utter failure. Usually this personality trait works against me but hopefully when it comes to working out it'll prove to be a help rather than a hindrance…basically me peer pressuring myself into exercising. It's worth a try, right??

Sunday, September 18th- 2.5 mile run, Abs DONE
Monday, September 19th- Rest Day. Exercise stomach muscles by going out to frozen yogurt with Chris and Sarah DONE
Tuesday, September 20th- 3 mile run, Abs (To be completed tonight)
Wednesday, September 21st- Morning Yoga + 1 mile treadmill run
Thursday, September 22nd- 3 mile run, 50 squats, Abs
Friday, September 23rd- 4 mile run OR 6 Week 6 Pack
Saturday, September 24th- 4 mile run, Abs

I'll check back in later in the week to update as to whether this is working for me or not! Anddd when I check back in I'll share my ab workout. It's been killing me….when I sneeze, my muscles ache. I take that to be a good sign.
