Updates updates updates!

Wow so I'm a liar. I have obviously not been keeping up with this! It seems like in the past week a bunch of wedding things and work craziness just caught me off guard!! So I am going to update now.

Alright, since I last posted I've been doing MUCH better keeping up with my running. In week 1 of our challenge I ran a total of 10 miles. I also ran 10 miles in week 2. Last week (week 3) I ran 20 miles! Yay!!! I kept pretty consistent throughout the week and it felt so much better! This week I didn't run Sunday or Monday but I ran 5 miles last night. I plan on doing another 5 tonight, 4 tomorrow, 4 Friday and hopefully 3 on Saturday. On Saturday we will be at Josh's dad's house and I really like running outside there because there is a great loop that's a little over 2 miles. I'm going to try to make it around that loop twice!!! I haven't done that before so we'll see how it goes!

With the 6 week 6 pack workout Josh and I have been doing it AT LEAST 3 days a week. Last week I did it 4 and so far this week we've done it twice so we'll see how the rest of the week goes!

On Monday night Andrea came over and had dinner with us. We all did the 6 week 6 pack together and then after dinner Andrea also showed me some of her new Zumba moves!!! It was actually a really good work out! I got really sweaty really fast!

On the diet side of things....Team Vegan is going strong on day 2!!!! I've been eating a lot of fruit and vegetables and beans! Anddddd I've lost 2 pounds! Crazy! It's been pretty easy so far but yesterday I was driving home and I heard a commercial for "Buffalo Wild Wings" and my mouth was definitely watering. I never have cravings for meat! Andrea said that she was driving past In N' Out and started drooling over the smell of hamburger hahaha.I'm sure that eventually the cravings will subside (at least I hope so)!!!

I know this is an extremely boring post but I promise to update tomorrow with some yummy vegan recipes!! I found a recipe for vegan apple turnovers that I'll be making tonight to take to girls night tomorrow night! I'll try to remember to take pictures so that you can see!!
