It's so appropriate that we are beginning this on our 10 YEAR FRIENDIVERSARY without even realizing it!!
The Anne of Green Gables references are getting to me too! The other day when I was addressing your Save the Date I was remembering addressing all of our letters to each other and almost wrote it very formally like we used to, Miss Andrea Corona!
This is my plan for this week:
Monday- 6 week 6 pack...after I get home...before dinner. Josh is cooking dinner tonight so I have no idea what we're having but hopefully it'll need to cook for a while so we can get rock hard abs!!!!
Tuesday: Run 3 miles after I get home before dinner.
Wednesday: Run 3 miles in the morning before work (I'm dreading this already). 6 week 6 pack in the evening at Josh's dad's house. We are having a "Survivor" party but that doesn't start until 7 so I'm going to make Josh do the work out with me while we're waiting for people to get there!
Thursday: Off :)
Friday: 6 week 6 pack and 3 mile run when I get home from work...yikes!!!
Saturday: 200 MILE CHALLENGE BEGINS!! 4 mile run in the morning to start strong!!! I'm spending the day with my Mom doing wedding stuff so I'll definitely need the endorphins from running! Because, as we all know...."Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands (OR MOTHERS). They just don't."
We should also cook one meal the same every week!!! And it should be healthy! Check out www.skinnytaste.com and tell me what you think looks good!
If Josh wasn't making me grow out my hair (booooooooo) I'd cut a lock of it and mail it to you!! Don't worry, we won't be adding puffed sleeves to your bridesmaid dress :)
